The JanSport Scout is a multi-day external frame pack that is easy to use and offers excellent ventilation. External Frame hiking backpacks have been around since the very beginning and they won’t be going away any time soon. The Scout features an adjustable aluminum frame system that fits 13"-17" torso lengths and two large panel-loading main compartments. Dual side zippered pockets make gear organization easy and dual mesh water bottle pockets make it easy to reach your water bottle without taking off your pack. A breathable mesh back panel lets the air flow between your back and the pack while ergonomic S-Curve™ Shoulder Straps. External packs offer numerous packing options, such as an upper shelf and lower frame attachment that gives you the option to pack your gear anyway you like.
