Outstanding Service & Product
Initially I was fairly unsure of whether the product would reach me in the timeframe that I needed it to since I was flying to South America a day after the scheduled delivery. So I contacted RockyMountainTrail and received a polite and timely response from Emily, their customer service rep. She assured me that it'd be shipped well and truly in time. She was right, in fact, I received the bag 2 days before expected! I was astonished considering this was an awfully late request I made. The bag was exactly as described and in mint condition. I used it on the Inca Trail in Peru and it was fabulous. The high quality zips and plethora of well-placed compartments made it the ultimate accessory for my trip. I would highly recommend this product and Rocky Mountain Trail.

Kelty RedWing 44 BackPack review
I recently walked through 4 cities in China over 10 days, about 100 miles with the Kelty RedWing 44 on my back. Although staying in hotels at night, and traveling by train from city to city. I spent all day walking in the cities. Because I was not staying in the hotels every night, I frequently had to carry all of my day-trip stuff on my back. With the Ketly RedWing 44, this was a breeze. I am 6 feet and about 1 inch tall. I weigh 240lbs. The pack fit me well, but would be a little small if you are bigger than I am. Most days my load was between 10 and 40 lbs. of stuff, and walked for many hours. My wife tried it one day, she is only 5'4" and about 115. She said the pack felt too big for her, even with all the adjustments tightened down. But that was OK, she had her own pack to wear that was smaller. The waist belt was perfect, and I had virtually no weight on my shoulders at all. I loved the pack, and even after about 100 miles of hiking, the pack still looks brand new. On the days when I could leave a lot of things in the hotel, the compression straps on the pack allowed me to cinch it down so that it appeared and felt much smaller than it did when fully stuffed with clothing. The side pockets, back pocket and top pocket were handy for my wife to store quick access things, like water, snacks, camera, sun lotion, bug spray etc...
