At RockyMountainTrail your satisfaction is guaranteed. If, within 30 days of receipt (or, during the Holiday Season [orders placed from 11/17 to 12/31], you have until the end of January), you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused or defective merchandise for a prompt, worry free, refund or exchange.
Details:
Returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached (Please do not fold the backpacks when returning). Upon receipt and verification of condition, you will receive a, prompt, refund to your credit card, for the price of the merchandise and taxes less shipping
charges.
Defective merchandise, after 30 days, should be returned to the manufacturer for Warranty service. If within 30 days please contact us before shipping defective merchandise back.

package tracking information. If you choose to return an item using USPS it is
HIGHLY recommended that you choose the Delivery Confirmation, Signature Required
and insured options, RockyMounatinTrail.com is NOT responsible for any returns
that are not upgraded to these options.
